Basic Component: Steel Body, forged by material 5140 or 4140 or any other appointed material, heat treatment with 40-44HRC hardness, has high toughness and wearable and resistible character. Tungsten tiles are made by our own standard components for suit different conditions using area, General mechanical properties can achieve Tensile strength of 2300Mpa & Hardness of around 89HRA & Density of 14.9 g/cm3, which are to make sure the good performance during working.
For Areas Using: Milling minerals & Cutting routes & Cutting in tunnels & Foundation creation & Cable and canal construction etc.
For assembly holders, Forged by material 5140 or 4140 or any other appointed material, machined as corresponding fitted bits size.
