Forged from Deep Hardening Steel and heat treated for internal strength to resist bell mounthing and to increase rebuild ability. Heat treated for a deep uniform hardened depth than provides long wear life. "Duo-cone" sealing with cast metal rings and oil-resist an rubber rings with small permanent strain rovides the possibility of roller’s performance with one-time oil filling for the lifetime operation period.
3. SPROCKET, SPROCKET SEGMENT
TianHang HighWay carries a wide range of bulldozer and excavator segment groups and sprockets, which are suitable for various types of standard and Extended Wear Life track link assemblies.
4. RUBBER TRACKS
Non-junction rubber track High tensile strength steel cord the whole tensile strength is one and a half higher than the lapping form track.
Low elongation provides steady track pitch and avoids ratcheting apposition and slide of drive sprocket. Meanwhile, decreases the abrasion between sprocket and rubber track, increase the using lifetime.
Low relative glide between steel cord and rubber which won’t causing extra heat and slow down the aging of rubber, increase the using lifetime.
